Renowned for his expertise in the vision, planning, design, and delivery of world-class cement, clinker, concrete production facilities, airport developments, and large-scale precast concrete plants, he combines architectural excellence, strategic leadership, and deep industry knowledge to create high-performing, sustainable assets of enduring value.
Recognized for his executive leadership and strategic insight, D’Antonio delivers bespoke, high-level solutions that optimize investment, elevate operational excellence, and support sustainable growth across every stage of project development.
Technical Consultant
Andrea is a senior advisor with a background in engineering and construction. He brings extensive experience in
management and technical roles, with a strong focus on project development, evaluation, and advisory services.
His work includes conducting feasibility studies, performing plant assessments for acquisitions, and supporting due diligence processes for major projects. He has contributed to a range of large-scale infrastructure and industrial developments, applying deep engineering and construction expertise to project planning and execution.

Financial Consultant
Sergio Barbosa is a Financial Consultant with over ten years of experience in capital project advisory, investment evaluation, and financial analysis for large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects. He specializes in project feasibility assessment, financial modeling, and due diligence support for capital investments.
At PEC Consulting, he provides financial and economic analysis to support feasibility studies, helping clients evaluate
project viability and investment decisions in mining and industrial sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from University College London (UCL), United Kingdom.
Technical Consultant
Ned Wang is a Mechanical and Process Engineer. Prior to joining Metric, he worked in mine operations, where he analyzed operational data to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
With Metric PTC, he has been involved in technical consulting for the cement industry, supporting process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Process Engineering from the University of Manchester, United Kingdom.

Jintaek Ock is a senior structural engineering executive with over 28 years of experience in the design and delivery of cement plant and heavy industrial infrastructure projects worldwide. He has led multidisciplinary engineering teams on major greenfield developments, plant expansions, and modernization programs, providing strategic oversight from concept development through construction.
Recognized for his expertise in cement manufacturing facilities, including preheater towers, kiln systems, silos, and material handling structures, Mr. Ock has consistently delivered innovative, cost-effective, and reliable engineering solutions that enhance operational performance and long-term asset value.
